The CBB60 and CBB65 Series are high-performance metallized polypropylene film capacitors designed for AC motor starting and continuous running applications in demanding commercial and industrial environments. Available in round (CBB60 / CBB65) and oval (CBB65-Oval) metal cases, these capacitors feature robust lug-terminal designs – with two-terminal (CBB60) or three-terminal common/HERM/fan configurations (CBB65) – to suit single-phase motors for air conditioners, refrigeration compressors, washing machines, roller shutters, power water pumps, and HVAC fan systems.

All models incorporate an internal anti-explosion safety device, ensuring reliable and fail-safe operation even under electrical stress. Key electrical characteristics include ultra-low dissipation factor (tanδ ≤ 0.002), high insulation resistance, excellent self-healing properties, strong surge current tolerance, and stable capacitance over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Rated voltages span 250–500VAC, with capacitance values from 1µF to 100µF (single or dual-section for CBB65), and precision tolerances of ±5% or ±10% as required.

The series complies with international standards including IEC60252, UL810, EN60252, VDE0560-8, and GB/T3667.1-2005, making them suitable for 50/60Hz power supplies worldwide. With optional round or oval footprints and customizable dimensions, these capacitors offer flexible mounting solutions for new equipment and retrofit upgrades.
